I founded Zora REI, Inc. in October 2021 with the intention of streamlining the often confusing and time intensive process of real estate transactions. What began as a one man wholesaling firm operated out of my garage quickly took on a life of its own, growing into the statewide real estate brokerage it is today.

As we have grown, our ability to coordinate the logistical chain between buyer, seller, agent, attorney, inspector, appraiser, lender, and title company has been refined through years of experience across both conventional and highly complex transactions, including business integrated real estate, intricate rent structures, and the creation of private financing solutions. That trial by fire gave us a precise understanding of where deals fail, where communication breaks down, which barriers are genuine threats, which are smoke and mirrors, and how to apply unrestricted creativity to close transactions that would not survive with any other firm utilizing a more conventional approach.

The result of this approach means every single transaction facilitated by Zora REI is executed with extreme coordination between all parties-unwavering professionalism, and a mix of critical thinking, creativity, and confidence in our ability to deliver regardless of a deals complexity or perceived feasibility.

As President and CEO my role is twofold, on a day to day basis I am personally involved in the facilitation of every deal Zora REI takes on, ensuring that the same level of discipline and care applied to the smallest rental unit is applied equally to multi million dollar commercial transactions. The transaction is our product, and that is the Zora experience.

In an architectural capacity I am also responsible for the overall direction and growth of the firm, applying the same thesis of unbridled creativity and logistical coordination to the expansion of the company and its capabilities. As a powerlifter competing at the international level, I believe deeply in the concept of uncomfortable growth. We must continuously challenge the structure of the company, the minds behind it, and the boundaries of what is believed to be possible in order to deliver on the founding principles of Zora REI as established in 2021.
